Not sure if they are still carried as this was over five years ago but I see on their website that the Carina in their Sumo line is quite close.

On the hex tiles, they are 2″ marble carrara and as Emma notes, its from Keramin (www.keramin.ca). We found their prices most affordable and they offer free home delivery. The range hood is a Faber, and we got it from Midnorthern Appliances. And yes, the print is by Rob Bailey – I was actually inspired by Emma’s post and decided to track it down. It came from Toy, a gallery in England and was shipped over. However, the link to the gallery now seems to be an actual toy store, so another source would be needed. Hope this helps!
