giveaway - pure green magazine

If you read my post on Friday then you know that I'm taking a little hiatus this week. I'm going to step away from my computer, from twitter, facebook and pinterest, from my blackberry and anything else that beeps or winks at me. What I am going to do is read some fiction books, eat some good food, go swimming and just be with my family.

However, I didn't want to leave you completely high and dry so I thought why not host another fabulous giveaway. This one is courtesy of Celine and the super talented team over at Pure Green Magazine. Do you know Pure Green? If you don't, you should! They are an independent Canadian online magazine (starting in November a print issue will be available as well) that focuses on stylish sustainable living and design. The magazine is a thoughtful and entertaining read with everything from eco-home tours to organic recipes to green renovations to articles on the fate of honey bees. If you're looking for a bit of substance with your design fix than this is the magazine for you.

They are passionate that green design doesn't have to mean sacrificing great style. All of the images in this post are from their latest issue, photographed by Erin Monett of Ever Images which you can read here.

Pure Green has offered my readers the choice between one of these two exclusive prints designed by illustrator and fellow blogger Bess Callard. You can either choose the leaf guide print

or the print of Montreal.

There are a few ways you can enter. The first is to leave a comment on this post telling me which print you would prefer. For extra entries you can leave a comment on Pure Green's facebook page and/or you can tweet the following message:

"Enter me to win @puregreenmag's giveaway on @marionhousebook's blog! "

The giveaway will close on Sunday, September 11th at midnight (EST). I'll announce the winner next Monday morning. Please note that this giveaway is only open to residents of North America.

I'll be back here on Thursday with another 52 Objects post.  Now, where's my swimsuit!
