It seems every celebrity that has a baby these days is seen a few months later wearing their baby's namesake around their neck. Just the other day, I spotted that Emily Blunt is wearing a "Hazel" necklace in honour of her new daughter. I think it's a pretty cute sentiment and I have to say that I have sported Henry and Orla charms in the past.
I just discovered a new Canadian company, called Nayme, that is doing something a little different. Instead of writing a name across a pendant they are interpreting names with symbols. For example, my name Emma means universal and is represented by a globe.
My second name Claire means "clear and bright" and is represented by a star. The necklaces are made in Canada of sterling silver and come in a personalized box with your name's meaning.
I'm happy to say that Nayme is giving away a necklace to one of my lucky readers! Just leave a comment on this post before midnight on July 20 telling me what name you would choose (please note not all names are available). The contest is open to all my North American readers.
Now enter away!
